- #1 - G.E.C.K. Interior Rendering Failures
Right now, the G.E.C.K. fails to render quite a few interiors correctly. The current belief is that the failures are caused by room markers, or at least that they are related to the problem. In a thread about the issue, sesom posted a simple but tedious workaround.
Open the cell and the 'Show/Hide' shortcut window
Enable 'Portal & Rooms'
Take a note how the Roommarker and the Portals are placed (Position x,y,z & Rotation)
After you have all coordinates of them select them and move them out of the way so that these marker doesn't cover the hidden area anymore.
Save your esp & leave Geck.
Open Geck again with your esp.
Make the changes to your cell. The 'hidden' areas are now visible.
After this is done set all Roommarkes and Portals back to their original position.
It is also possible to simply delete the room markers then use FNVEdit later to undelete them (removing the deletions from your .ESP). Keep an eye on that thread for more investigation and/or solutions.
Edit (12/28/10): RegentEagle found a much better solution that solves this rendering issue as well as issues with lighting and Havok (#4 below) in the G.E.C.K. Just open GECKCustom.ini (in /Documents/My Games/FalloutNV) and change bUseMultibounds=1 to bUseMultibounds=1. Save the file and you're done.
GECK nepoužívam, nemôžem to teda overiť, ale vyzerá to, že stačí nastaviť parameter
bUseMultibounds=1 v súbore
GECKCustom.ini; ak si nájdete čas, otestujte to.
